Hello people.
This is the first muscle building/training forum I've ever joined. I do a lot of reading, even the various popular forums (like this one) sometimes for information but never saw the point in joining, as I felt I had everything I needed for the meantime and nothing to contribute.
The more I used this forum, the more I thought I should join, so its been a long time coming really!
I know there are some really experience people on here who really know there stuff so I look forward to discussing things with you soon.
When I muster the courage I'll prob post my objectives, routine, diet, stats etc etc and ask for your comments. I really want to gain a wider perspective on my current activities and I feel this is the best place.
