I just turned 19, I'm looking to get my body used to increased test levels before I do an actual stack so I know how my body will react.

I'm 5'11
170lbs
7.2% BF
I've been training with weights/MMA/Jijitsu for over 4 years now and I'm looking for something to give me a little more of that 'competitive edge'. Any help is much appreciated!
