hey everyone thought id finally say hi, been coming on to this forum on and off for quite a long time, but only to read but thought id finally join so i can speak to people with similar interests. over the past 8 months i have finally decided to stop dreaming and start acting

bf% dont know never got it measured, i have a slight tyre round my waste, and hold some on my chest but never on my arms (is that normal) probably stupid question, so apologys in advance. cardio consists of 40 min a day/ 5 days ussually. sometimes intense sometimes moderate, get a lot of exercise at work. want to cut bodyfat before lean bulking. i know im not ready for as yet, so dont plan to till ive put a good couple of years in, which is advice ive learnt here on this forum. only train at home, but plan on joining a gym.
my diet
7.20 am
protein shake 20/20/2
sometimes oats sometimes granary toast eith organic peanut butter
10am
either some fish/or chicken/turkey
slice or two of granary occasionally depending on my energy.
12.00 pm
some meat and salad
3.00pm
some fish, with corriander, potatoe (cold)
5-6.30
workout, ( cardio ussually after work out)
monday chest
tuesday tricep and shoulders
wednesday
off but cardio throughout day with physical job, lots of stairs with heavy equipment makes me sweat my balls off.
thursday back and bicep
friday legs
saturday off and then repeat.
i try to keep all sessions intense lifting lighter at the beginning higher reps heavy at the end less reps ussually between 3- 5 sets for each exercise.
6.30 protein shake
7.30 fish with small cup of rice corriander and lime (nice)
9.00 small cup low fat cottage cheese/ or caesin shake
10.30 bed
