Hiya everyone,
New to the site and new to training!
I'm 6ft and my body weight fluctuates between 9 1/2 - 10 stone daily, i try to eat 6 meals a day, and also thro in a few Dunn's River Nutrition drinks, just joined a gym and started training with 2 friends from work, done a little bit of light reading into the body types, i know im an ectomorph i think there's even a picture of me in the dictionary next to the word! Training with the 2 friends mon - fri for about 45 mins each day, ones a meso and ones an endo-meso, so both have very different body types to myself. Unsure about how the training will go but hopefully it will gain me some size and strength. Any information from people will be much appreciated as like i said i am new to all of this and don't really know much. As far as the training goes, its usually different part of the body each day, try to do the opposite the day after like shoulders one day back the next, well thats what my friends say anyway but like i said, im really not sure about much :S Looking forward to getting a healthy fit body tho i must admit! Hows any other ectomorphs got on with training? would love to hear from all the skinny peeps out ther ! Soz to ramble on.
