A very informative community you have here.

I honestly never thought I'd need any supplements other than iron, dedication, motivation and perseverance.

However, I required a total right shoulder rebuild after a workplace injury. I atrophied ~30 to 35 pounds of muscle mass. I was ~180/10% and never had any problem maintaining. I'm a weight lifter (not a BB).

I've been cleared to start lifting again. And, at my age, I know I will need some additional supplementation to re-gain the lost strength/muscle mass. I am planning my first cycle. Your advice and assistance will be greatly appreciated.
