hey
Hi everyone, just joined been readin alot. tryin to learn as much as possible.
i'm really curious as to how my first experience with it is gonna go.
i'm 23 yrs old 5'10 about 150 lbs. give or take depending on the time of day.
i've tried doin the all natural thing for about 3 yrs going to the gym working out, eating as much as possible, (healthy food, not just burgers n fries) and in that time, i have been able to put on about 15 lbs of lean muscle. i can definitely tell that i've gotten stronger, and look better, but i'd really like to be around 170 lbs or so.
i drink the protein shakes, and eat like an animal, take supplements, but the size never seems to go on and stay on.
oh well, in due time. til then hey to everyone, i'll be reading.

ready to start?
so i joined as a memeber back in april, and have been spending most of my time on the site just reading, but i think i might be ready to actually start.
i have 10 cc of deca
300 mg/ml
i plan to start at 150mg for 2 wks, then go to the full 300mg for 8 wks, then back down to 150mg for the last 2 wks.
i've got a pretty good work out set up and planned, the only thing i'm not sure about is the diet, and any supplements that i might need to be taking.
protein for sure, but i was curious about other supplements as well, BCAAs, creatine, and multi-vitamins.
also, its gonna suck cuz recently i've been kinda broke, so i can't run out and buy all kinds of food.
you guys have any ideas on good cheap calories? and i would like ur thoughts on the supplements as well.

You are going to run Deca alone? I would suggest stacking it with Test, unless you want to get shut-down badly.
Also, I would recommend trying to gain naturally a while longer. With proper diet and lifting you should be able to put on 10-30lbs easily without any gear.
What are your macros like? Why not post them in the Diet forum for a critique?
