I am 25 years old and have been hitting the gym for almost 11 years. Over the last four years I have figured out what training methods work best for me. Right now I am trying to get my diet right. Never spent too much time concerned about cutting until the last 6 months or so.
I am 5'9" 172lbs currently with bodyfat around the 10-11%. Haven't tried any cycles yet. Probably won't for a while til I know I can get my diet right and bulk naturally back up to 190 without the fat I had. Plus I want to know the ins and outs before I put anything in me. This site looks like the perfect place for me to achieve that.
