    New to it all

    Hey guys,

recently joined this great forum after reading and researching on here for the past 3 or so months, have learnt a lot, and have seen you guys help and encourage others so thought i put myself on here and see what you guys think

so for starters im 24yo, im 169cm tall, weigh 71kgs (157pds i think)
im in australia so dont use pounds much.
i play rugby league and want to bulk up for that and also for my own goals looks wise..
originally my answer was to jump on some gear, but after researching on here ive realised that i need to get my diet right first..
i feel like im constantly eating and more then anyone else, and my metabolism is very quick still, but i know im not eating healthy enough so was hoping you guys could help on this side of things firstly..
i was looking to put something in place where im eating 6meals a day but im strugglin to find whats the best foods and also finding what i like or available to me with my un usual work.
    sorry for long first post.
    Cheers,

At 24 years old your still a bit young for steriods, 28 is the recomended age, your body is still able make good natural gains at your age. your doing the right thing by resurching first, i know lots of guys that jump straight in. Get yourself some good quality protein if you need a little help at this stage.

    Good luck bruv

i reckon beta-alanine is a pretty good supplement. and maybe throw in some creatine for ATP uptake.

as for diet, go post your sample food plan on the diet forum and let the vets help u.
