Hey everyone, its been awhile since I last checked out the site...
I came to get some input from the folks who know best! I'm considering doing a cycle but after reading profiles and looking at different stacks I'm not completely sold on anything.
I'm 24, 5'10.5 around 180lbs (down from 205 3 months ago) I've been on a strict diet for several months and have been lifting for the past 4 or 5 years (with a few lengthy lay offs)... currently i've been consistantly lifting for just over a year and have finally stopped seeing any worth while gains (although the 25 pound drop in weight probably has something to do with that). I'd say I'm probably around 12-16 percent body fat.
Goal wise I would like to get down in body fat a bit more but wouldn't be opposed to gaining a bit of muscle weight. I was thinking of a Deca-Winny stack but saw where some of the more veteran posters think winny shouldn't be used unless you're under 10% bf... What would be a fairly cost effective stack to both gain some significant muscle weight while still losing fat and cutting a bit? I'm not sold on this yet but it wouldn't take more than a phone call to get...
any input or suggestions are much appreciated!
