welcome man, what are your stats and goals from this point?
stats 5'9" and 207lbs need to really trim down. was looking at the 6 part video on how to diet and cant believe all the info. Now its a matter of sticking to it and changing the lifestyle. hardest part is that I am 35. I am really active but have a stupid work schedual and that has always made it tough.

just started today did my workout chest and tris and then began running on the treadmill. got 15 min. tomarrow will be 20 min. and then the more every day. Diet has consisted of 250 to 300 grams of protien and keeping the carbs down to 100 grams. right now its a big change and going to take a while to get used to. I am amazed at all the info. could spend hours and hours reading it all.
