Hello. I am a 41 year old, happily married father of 5 living in South West Tennessee. I have been lifting for almost 2 years now and two years before that I dropped 170 pounds. Went from a big fat 325 to around 150 pounds in 9 months with a lot of intense cardo and carb restricted diet.
Now I am trying to build as much muscle as possible and still fighting with the last 20 pounds or so of gut fat that just will not go the hell away. Tried everything short of liposuction and steroids. Now I am looking at them.
I just want to learn as much as I can before I do something I am not sure I want to do you know? But I am hooked on lifting and working out. It's a heck of a change from the big fat sloppy pig I used to be.
