    Redz no worries I am sure your on your way. DosXX, love the amber when I can, welcome. And welcome everyone! I am contemplating whether to get back in the loop as in my mid to late twenties and early thirties I have dabbled in much of these topics. Recently had blood work done and waiting for results befor i make the move. When i get the results I will share them for some in depth advice. I feel really excited.
