    one more rookie to the board

    whats up fellas, long time reader of stuff on the board decided I should finally register. Looking to do a show next spring and figured this was the best place to learn how to go about it the right way.

    Anyone here from the Denver area and know some good gyms, just moved here and joined a fitness 19 with one of my buddies cuz it was cheap but the place is a joke.
