hi guys well just gone back on gear made a training come back after a long time of have been training since may this year natural to discover what ever i did i could not achive new muscle growth so to hell with it here what i have done 3 weeks in now and have gone from 235 to 245 in that time at 25.1bf % a bit fat but going to lose 5 to ten pounds when i harden up at the end of my cycle.i have so far gained 6 pounds of muscle and 4 pounds of fat so from what my bodyfat percentages are telling me heres the cycle.
week 1 -4 dianabol per day,100 ml deca and i vial sustanon
week 2-as above
week 3 onwards no dianabol and the 100ml deca and vial sustanon now every 10 days and this is ongoing so far no spots or itchy skin but getting weight gain and well strenght put 10 pound on my bench press in one week and 3 extra plates on the pulldowns to for 12reps could not belive that one going to post in training on a right buzz people are commenting even in the street.
13st 1 lean muscle be interesting how much muscle memery i have.![]()
