    Fng

Hi, ****ing new guy here. Been reading up alot on here the past week, finally decided to register. Lotsa great info here.
Quick background on me, well Im a fat ass. Had three straight years of bad luck which led to alotta weight gain. First, bad car accident -back injury, next broken ankle & some torn tendons - complete rebuild in surgery, torn costal.
So Im trying to get back on track here, Im 5'9".
Used to be 180-190, 9-10% BF

    Now 283, 38%

Well, 283 was my highest two weeks ago, Im down to 267 as of this morning. Seems like Ive finally been able to get my food "addiction" under control. Im not able to work out quite yet due to the still injured ribs but Ive started walking 2 miles, twice a day.

    lol... love the honesty.
Food addiction is really difficult to manage, just like addictions to drugs and alcohol as I'm sure you know. Just work on slowly building yourself up and making improvements everyday, sounds like you're on the right track.
