    The New Guy

Hey guys. I've done a little research before, but I'm new to this site. Great information and a HUGE knowledge base. I'm glad I found it.

I'm 28, 230 lbs...not all of it good. I'd kinda like to change that. I hitting the wieghts are for 7 months when I was overseas and loved it. I hit a wall however and my gains were leveling off. So...I'm sending myself back to school. I'm here to learn. Thanks to everyone in advance.

    Beginner!!!

Hey everyone.. I am also new to this site. I have been lifting now for 4 years and i love it im addicted. Im 23 years old 185lbs 13% body fat. Since i started lifting I have used several forms or creatine, and recently I have been taking these mass stacks from the local supplement store. Im ready for something new but have no idea where to start. I have hit a wall in my lifting and my size and want my body to be at its full potential. I would like to start a beginners cycle but have no clue what that consists of or even how to obtain it! If anyone has some information to share with me i am all ears.. I want to make sure I do this right the first time and not jump into it not knowing what's going on. I appreciate any help! Thanks

I just watched Bigger, Stronger, Faster, Online and I have to say what a great movie. Heres the web address if anyones interested I recommend it! http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/bigger-stronger-faster/

Before I watched this movie I was amazed at my mind set towards steroids! Was not to sure about them. Throughout the movie the film maker remains very objective he's not making a film for or against. He pretty much leaves it up to the viewer to make his own decisions on how they want to view steroids. WATCH IT.. Im looking to do things right I know i need 100 quality posts on this site to actually get somewhere with some help. so here's # 2 I hope you all enjoy the movie. You will only be able to watch 72mins of it in one sitting so go back the next day and start from where you left off.
