Hey everyone.. I am also new to this site. I have been lifting now for 4 years and i love it im addicted. Im 23 years old 185lbs 13% body fat. Since i started lifting I have used several forms or creatine, and recently I have been taking these mass stacks from the local supplement store. Im ready for something new but have no idea where to start. I have hit a wall in my lifting and my size and want my body to be at its full potential. I would like to start a beginners cycle but have no clue what that consists of or even how to obtain it! If anyone has some information to share with me i am all ears..
