Arrow New guy. Just doing some researh.

Just got out of the marine corps bout 6 months ago. Got "civilian-ized". Which means i been a little lazy since i been out. Been lifting since i was 15, so bout 10yrs now. I hit that plateau and level off and get discouraged. Looking into doing a cycle but i want to do my research first. Don't want to jump into anything.
    Height- 5'11
    weight-215
    bf%-19
    bench-350
these were my stats when i got out of the corps. Looking to get bigger and stronger. Any help would be appreciated.

    welcome, Marine.

I'd seriously get that bf down through diet/cardio before you begin cycling.

In the meantime, stick around, read and ask questions.

You're the right age with the right experience to be looking into cycling. Good luck finding what you need.
