    Hello me

    22
    6'
    150lbs
    5-6% BF

Been lurking for a while while I refined my workout and diet.

Have been doing research this whole time and have decided to register as I prepare to get ready for my first cycle.

So yea here's my hello and hopefully I've learned enough and will get enough help to make my first cycle a successful one.

Oh and just a quick note on my age. I'm fully aware of the risks of starting a cycle before 24 and have chosen to move forward. I plan on doing a mild 8 week test only cycle to gauge how my body responds and avoid any serious side effects that may be made worse due to my age.

Welcome. I hope you plan to pack on another 30 to 50lbs before you cycle.

Welcome....Diet section is your best friend right now....Good luck.

Yup I'll be working at it a bit longer before I cycle.

Honestly I don't know if I'll have the patience for 50lbs. but I promise I'll pack on as much as I can before anything.

I do need to give the diet section a bit more attention. My current diet is a little too lean so I'll read up on some bulking diets.

Oh one quick question. What sort of activation requirements are there for being able to PM?

    Thanks guys.

I'm going to read op on this morebut I have two questions.

The first is about my BF. I'm naturally really slim but I'm wondering if I should try to up my BF. Should I stick to things like lean meats or should I take on more fats to get my BF up?

Second is about things like drinks and suppliments. You always hear "so and so put on so much weight when he started using blank". What have different guys seen the biggest weight gains with the addition of it to their diet?

My most gains come from actually eating carbs instead of hating them, just taper them later in the day.

    welcome

Yup. On my way home today I'm going to Costco to pick up bulk amounts of food. I'm going to start cooking Sunday nights for the rest of the week and just focus on food for the main part.

As far as proteins for shakes and stuff... I'll have to look into it all a bit more. Whats a good place to buy these? Should I look online or jist check my local GNC or something?

Oh and my question aboit weight gain assistants like shakes and stuff would have been better worded as follows:

What weight gain supplements/assistants have people seen the best results with when coupled with a proper diet.

    Welcome.
    Much cheaper to buy online.
Bad idea to start the cycle (not because of your age). You'll regret it later. Gain some more natural mass and you'll be glad you did.

Welcome to the board. I do the same thing...Cook on Sunday and put together about 5 days worth of meals. Sure saves time the rest of the week and makes things easier.

Yup. I ended up cooking everything for the week the other night. Cooked something like 5lbs. of chicken and made a bunch of potatoes. One thing that will prove to be a pain is rice. Anyone know of a good way to store it so you can make a few days worth at once without having it dry out?

Eating enough every day is soooo much easier when you have cooked and packaged food around all the time... I'm loving it and its only been a couple days.

    Lightbulb yoga teacher training course

Swami Vishnu-devananda was the first in the West to develop a training program for yoga teachers. He did this not only with the vision to develop yoga professionals, but also to give sincere aspirants the skills of personal discipline and to develop messengers of peace. The Course is a profound, personal experience, based on the ancient gurukula teaching system, integrating the student's daily life into the yoga training. By the end of the intensive four-week course the student will possess a firm foundation for teaching others, in addition to strengthening his or her own yoga practice with self-discipline and awareness of the nature of body, mind and spirit. Upon graduation from the course, students receive a certificate of qualification. The program has seen the graduation of more than eleven thousand students over the last thirty years. Men and women come from all around the world take part in the training, which is given in English with simultaneous translation into European languages, as well as Hebrew, Japanese, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam.

we developed a program that teaches you everything you need to know to teach yoga AND run a successful yoga business - and you can learn it from home, at your own pace.

I call it the "Yoga Teacher Training Camp" for Home Study Yoga Teacher Certification.
And with the praise I've received for the original camp-in-a-box, I've been inspired to create a full collection of home study courses for popular and important Yoga Teacher specialities, such as Restorative Yoga Teacher, Kid's Yoga Teacher, Chair Yoga Teacher, Pre-natal & Post-natal Yoga Teacher, Yoga Teacher Trainer (level II), Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation Teacher, Yoga Anatomy and more.
Equally important, I've developed courses and tools to help Yoga Teachers run successful Yoga Teacher businesses. After all, it's one thing to devote yourself to doing what you love (Yoga), but it's quite another to be able to support yourself comfortably and securely while doing it. You won't learn these skills at a typical Yoga Teacher Camp.
Whether you're an experienced Yoga Teacher needing to re-certify or a beginner looking to become a yoga teacher - you've come to the right place. Our Free Yoga Teacher Community will help you find what you're looking for.
Read more about how and why I developed this program or visit our products page to learn more about the extraordinary value of these courses.
