brand new lifestyle
Brand new to this lfestyle and need help! i have a workout routine i like 6 week program! i have been learning alot from forums on the site everyone has been helpfull. Now the scoop, im 35 5'10" slim 175 with no chest and a small gut(hense the change of lifestyle) i would like to gain 15 20 lbs max want some bulk with definition have a idea i need 250 p 580 carbs 115 f and 4125 cal but no idea what to eat to obtain this. i also bought 100 10mg pills of dbol but notsure if am ready for it. any and all advice is welcome. also here are some pics
