Hey Im new to the site just looking for pointers on starting my first cycle..
Im 20 years old will be turning 21 in April i have been lifting since i was 17 at that time i was 265lbs at 6,0 about 30%bodyfat i was very over weight through diet and hard work I am now 230lbs at about 16%-20% bodyfat "im only guessing"
I eat very clean and train M-F 2 hours a day with 30min stairmaster
My only bad habit is drinking every other weekend i get pretty trashed on vodka with a splash of water and lime
Im looking to gain a little more size and hope to lean out on my first cycle
My ideal body would be Anthony Presciano
Please dont be to harsh on the pics
