My struggle!

im 21 5'10" i weigh 155lbs, i was on a national swim team for 3 years quit that and got into weight and i havent been able to break 160lbs, just looking for help and yes ive tried eating and weight gainers and ive continued to work out, i think my body has hit its peak as far as weight goes until i get older and my matabalism slows. so just looking for some help, tips, websites. thanks

check out the diet forum here and post your daily diet...there are a bunch of knowledgeable peeps there that can help you out....i would start there before considering anything else... you might be surprised at how insufficent you diet is for your goals...good luck...
