New Here But Not A Newbie

Been on a lot of boards over the last 7 years (under different names). Started competing in bodybuilding in 84' and averaged 2-3 shows a year through 1990. Qualified for the Nationals but never went. Got into powerlifting in mid-late 90's into early 2000's and competed all over the midwest. All my powerlifting was done naturally since every organization tested (sucks). Best meet lifts 600/400/600 at 238 in my early 40's. Now I'm back training with my son for competitive bodybuilding and looking at National level Masters shows. I do not compete in bodybuilding naturally. I've used just about everything known to man but I'm no scientist. I guess I'm trying to say I know what has worked for me, just don't ask me to explain it on a chalk board...lol. My current offseason weight runs about 290 at 5'10.5". I'm currently tightening things up for a few shows this summer to get my feet wet again. Was a member of OLM for several years with over 850 post before a falling out with the mods over there. Some of the guys at TSC point this site out to me and it seems informative. Thanks for having me.
