Whats up guys, New to the game and i need some help/info plz.. im 6' 230, tring to loose fat and gain muscle. Useing sus 250 and nandrol phenylp half of each for the first 3 weeks then going up and then back down for a 9 week period. Pre workout im useing M5, and after for protein Amplify xl Platinum, Diet is right, i spend lots of money on good food. So my question is, is the stuff im useing enough - not enough, for the first cycl? Or am i on the right track, Thanks for the help!
