Id tell you to stay off the stuff, get your diet in-check and see where that goes but its a little too late for that..
Welcome to the board.
Do not be suprised to see people recommending you stay away from the gear at 19 years of age
Enjoy your stay
Yeah Ive been lifting weights/training since about the age of 16 and eating well, however there is always room for improvement, not gunna lie, I could always train harder, eat more/better, lift more weights than I have been but I'm a really hard gainer and finally got sick of seeing guys who I train just as hard as piling on the muslce and size. Turned to steroids with the common thought of them being "magic drugs which make you huge in a heartbeat"
I did notice some massive strength gains and fitness levels all round improved, gained a stone in lean muslce over a period of about 12 weeks which i think is pretty amazing, however i dont know if this was due to the steroids (only took 1ml deca 1ml test weekly so low dosage) or the ideas in my head "im on steroids now, im hungry all the time and am instantly stronger" which spurred me on.
Biggest thing I have learned from the experience is nothing works on its own, just eating lots doesnt work, just lifting weights doesnt work, just using steroids doesnt work...its a combonation that does the trick.
Aside from that, I'm busing reading through the educational forums for research, where is the correct place to post asking for advice on what gear to take next?
thanks
That would be under the ANABOLIC STEROIDS - QUESTIONS & ANSWERS section. But like you've been told already, most people will just tell you that your too young and wont help because you could seriously harm yourself and no one wants to have anything to do with that if it happens.
5'10 @ 154lbs after cycle? No where near qualified for AAS use so many things wrong here. Anyways Welcome
