ok i have been workin out and tryin to get in good shape for a while now i just got back from iraq prolly about a year ago and have been at it ever since. Well im a large frame guy to begin with and i always have problems when it comes time to tape out. Ive always had trouble losing fat and gaining muscle mass. Im not wanting to get like real big or anything just put on some lean muscle fast and drop my bf. Its starting to become a problem for me and getting real old. I want to start something thats gonna cause me to put on lean muscle. any help will be highly appreciated
