    20 Years Old First Cycle (Before and After Pics)

    This is my first cycle which i started sunday

    500mg test e / week - 10 weeks
    40mg dbol 4 weeks

    post cycle is clomid

    did my first injection into left delt, soreness day of and feels like a slight bruise two days later, no redness or infection. cleanly and well done =]

    Height 5'9
    152lbs beginning

    what does my weight have to do with anything? I run low testosterone and going to the gym for 2 years has not made me put on any weight. i've done years of research gone to the doctor and planned a safe first cycle.

    cus your diet is obviosly lacking....lets see a breakdown of what you eat in a day......aas is not the answer....not at least till you learn to eat to grow...and at your age you just too young you have more than enough test running through your body....

    i've gone to my doctor and he has suggested it would be a good choice to use test.

    i do my best to follow this

    Meal 1 (7 AM)
    1 cup of dry oats mixed with water
    1 cup of egg beaters

    Meal 2 (9 AM)
    Meal replacement packet like Prolab's Lean Mass Complex (which has a 40/40/20 nutrient ratio) mixed with water or a protein powder (with around 40 grams of protein) mixed with 40 grams of carbs from cream of rice, grits, or oatmeal.
    1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil (Spectrum brand is best)

    Meal 3 (12 Noon)
    1 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or 1 cup of oatmeal
    2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
    6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish

    Meal 4 (3 PM)
    Same as Meal 2

    Meal 5 (6 PM)
    1 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or 1 cup of oatmeal
    2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
    6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish

    Meal 6 (8 PM)
    Same as Meal 2


    along with gold standard whey 2 scoops twice a day.
    i take multi vitamins, fish oil, milk thistle, and drink tons of cranberry juice.

    trust me. my body naturally does not allow me to bulk. i'm just one of those skinny guys.

    and 20 years old is fine i've read multiple sites and my doctor has ok'd it.
    i'm just trying to document myself for you guys, be happy and supportive!

    there is not enough real food in there....definetly not enough carbs....and 20 isnt just fine your doctor is a fool to suggest that aas is your best option...i cant wait for your i ****ed myself up by using aas too young what do i do now thread...just for shits and giggles exactly what did your doctor recomend for a first cycle and what will your pct consist of?.....

    post cycle is going to be clomid

    i am not abusing and this cycle is light. when you did it too young you probably had no idea what you were taking and abused. i at least sat here and did my months of research.

    bro i waited till i was 37yrs old after 6.5 years of dedicated training natty(not counting the 15+ yrs of on and off training)....in that time i reasurched everything about aas,diet and training so i could use it responsibly....i did so and after a solid pct recovered nicley... so get off your high horse you moron just cus im not telling you what you want to hear....if you have done your resurch you would know that you are taking a big risk in messing up your hormones and possibly stunting your growth but go ahead mister know it all do whatever you would like just know that no one here is going to support your recless mission to **** yourself up....im out...

    you have some serious issues my friend, especially considering i've seen your posts on other people who are the same age as myself supporting them, one of whom is a contestant at age 20, who is absolutely huge and obviously is not natural.

    what would you suggest for a pct? i don't understand why you can't be helpful instead of flame. it wouldn't kill you.

    give me the link to it i dont belive you.......also you never posted the actual cycle so how could i possibly advise you....im not flamming you, you are being arrogant as if you know more than others with real life experiance and reasurch....its your body man do as you wish you dont need me or my support you already know it all...

    i did post my actual cycle in my initial thread, and yeah you could help by advising me with a proper clomid pct. what mgs to take and when to begin it.

    my bad....i missed that...had you really done your reasurch you would now that most run a nolva/clomid pct.....although thay are both serms they work in different ways to kickstart you hpta system....

    and you may use just clomid if u want but the combo works well together so recovery might take longer but everones different so who knows...eather way start it 14 days after your last inject.....

    i still think your too young and obviously could have made more gains natty but whats done is done so although i dont condone it good luck....

    This thread was 2 years ago but im just reading it now, i'm very interested in seeing some before after pics and some current ones if you dont mind. Im also 20 and debating my first cycle and i would very much like to know how it went!

    Your bulking diet looks like my cutting diet, portion wise. You should really up the calories, that's how you'll get over your naturally high metabolism. You have to throw LOTS of QUALITY food at your body in order for it to respond

    I am new to the site as well, but if you dont take the members word for it Uncle French learn from my exp. Im 32 and did my first cycle at 24. I had no idea how to eat and had the same diet almost that this guy. way too many meal replacement shakes and not enough good calories. after I cycled off i lost almost everything I had gained because I didn't know how to eat and I wasn't eating nearly as much as i should have been. 20 yr old is also way to young to do a cycle, i would recommend waiting till atleast 25.
