Thank you very much! Training my butt off. Looks like there is a ton of great info here. I've been looking ALL OVER the web. Seriously. I have to be honest I've not found anything that I trust. Hopefully in time here I'll find some good advice

you are correct its not a source board also be careful what you post because you can open yourself up to a scammer.
