hey after reading like 8 hours of threads yesterday i realized its time to join, havent been on a forum since i was like 14 and it was a videogame forum...
anyways, im 26 in NY and been lifting since i was 21
ill say i started gettin real serious about it 2 years ago... as in going 5-6 days a week and really trying not to half ass anything...
i used to be heavy back in the day so im a nutjob when it comes to watching what i eat...
im 5'9, 170 lbs... max is 270 on the bench - mesomorphic body composition...
just tryin to cut up by memorial day
i love lifting and talking about it w my friends, might as well keep talkin about it with some knowledgeable people..
