    new member-

    hey after reading like 8 hours of threads yesterday i realized its time to join, havent been on a forum since i was like 14 and it was a videogame forum...

    anyways, im 26 in NY and been lifting since i was 21

    ill say i started gettin real serious about it 2 years ago... as in going 5-6 days a week and really trying not to half ass anything...

    i used to be heavy back in the day so im a nutjob when it comes to watching what i eat...

    im 5'9, 170 lbs... max is 270 on the bench - mesomorphic body composition...

    just tryin to cut up by memorial day

    i love lifting and talking about it w my friends, might as well keep talkin about it with some knowledgeable people..

    oh also i screwed up on a cycle 2 years ago... definitly should of been working out for a few more years but like an asshole i listened to my idiot friend

    i think i cycled, deca, test, and eq?? i forget what the last one was...
    either way i had a shortage of test towards the end and no PCT
    spent months goin to the doctor to get my testosterone levels back up...was depressed and down in the dumps and tired for weeks...

    so the only reason u stuffed up the cycle was cos u didnt do PCT?... well that was stupid lol, (no hate). im just wondering, can u tell me what it was like after the fuked up cycle? Im planning to start this stuff at 18/19 and i just wanna see the possible consequences

    well like i said, i like got shorted the test, i was shortchanging myself w the cycle...

    i ran out of test and i guess everything screwed up

    I mean thank GOD i didnt get any gyno or anyhting like that...

    I just remember waking up a few morning and saying to myself..."why havent i gotten morning wood in the longest time" haha sounds disturbing but it was true...

    went right to the uhm endocrinologist i think it was... whatever the hell the doctor who specializes in this kind of stuff is called... anyways she said my test levels were absolutely so low...

    i rmemeber asking her if she could giv me a shot and she was like listen lets wait this out 2 more weeks cuz she didnt want to not giv my body the chance to rebuild...

    the way i felt was just like gloomy and tired, like i said my random boners i used to get just disappeared (always depressing)

    if you are trying to cut w.out steroids diet and cardio. 45 min of cardio a day. also clenbuterol and t3 arent roids and will rip u up but the t3 has a little muscle loss associated with it
