sup all, spent the last couple days readin' through the site - realized there's a lot of good info and experienced people in the same place which can be fairly rare.
One of my lifting buddies just started a cycle a few weeks ago and seein him start throwin' on more weight faster than me got me thinking about it. Before i started readin here i didn't have much more than headline knowledge on the subject. Still undecided on the anabolics but i am going to be looking for some type of stack, maybe with more info someone could throw a suggestion or two in.
stats:
24 y/o, 6'0", 195lbs, 6.4% BF
sports all seasons through HS, particularly running (football, soccer, track, baseball and a wrestling coach that thought he was a cross country coach, etc) I was only cut because my BF % was so low that while i was lifting it made me look bigger than i was lol. My problem's always been calorie intake, i just don't like eating all day even though I've been fairly active both in the gym and with sports my whole life. Instead of hardcore supplementing I just finally admitted it was a simple but tedious error on my part i needed to fix. Now I'm starting to look at supplementing though.
anyways, I started a serious program 6 weeks ago, buckled down on the food, tracked weights and kept intensity up. I've just been supplementing with a couple whey shakes during the day, casein at night and a multivitamin. (nitro-tech, gold standard and mega-mens) Made a fairly decent jump from 170 to knocking on 200 lbs while maintaining ~7% BF. size gains have slowed even though weight gains are still rising - just not as fast as my buddy who's seriously supplementing.
Looks like this is the place to get solid info on stacks and supplements and share anything i might know as well....mostly relating to simple hard work and nutrition at this point lol. anyways, there's my mini-bio, see you around the forum!
