I've been coming onto this site for a while now and thought I should join up. Been doing research on here and didn't want to join until I thought I could bring something good to this site.
Anyway, I'm 22 and have been lifting weights since i was 16. Serious as one can be about weights since then, given school and such. I didn't get into the research about basic supps till 18 and was only using protein for a while. I've been through most of the "hype" supps that came out, some with good success, granted if my diet was good. The "strongest" thing i have taken is the LG trifecta stack + there 1-GH-1, and using there max recommended dosage. Even though I did get alot stronger and lost alot of fat, the price ain't worth it period. That was when i was 20. Now, I've really been doing my homework since then, but very serious over the last few months. As i said before, I'm 22, 6 foot 1/2 inch tall, 195lbs give or take a few lbs each day, and a wild wild guess a %body fat is 17-20 (all of which is on my stomach). Also, i work out 4 to 5 days a week.
I also just finished reading Anabolics 2009 and boy did that help clear alot of questions in my mind, especially in the PCT area. I do have some stuff ready to go, but not going to start until i know I have everything i need to keep me healthy. This site is great and I hope I can give a helping hand to it.
