Hey everyone! New to the site!
Guess a little about myself, i'm 29, 5'7" and weigh 177 pounds. I've been going to the gym for about 4 months straight now. I had taken about 2 years off before that. I was never a big guy in terms of muscle. Recently I have gained all the weight after getting married (typical lol) and have made it my goal to loose the fat and possibly make small gains also. I'm not looking to get big really, just a nice slim cut look.
