Hello all,
I am new to this area of bodybuilding and am just getting back into lifting after having to take a few years off due to an injury i got while deployed overseas in the Army. I have read alot of posts on here and there seam to be a lot of members with good knowledge that are willing to share. I have started reading all the educational posts and have already learned a lot. mostly that i am not ready to start using geari will keep doing my research and be back with any intelligent questions. thanks alot
