Hello, well after read a lot of threads and search alot of information int he net, im ready to start my first real cycle. However i want to inform you about myself, im 31 years, 146 lbs (morning), 5'9" about 12% fat. I hase been going to the gym a lot of years however i had only gained roughly 10 pounds. I had been in a treatment for depression and other things (also used superdrol) and for some reason i developed some gyno (2 years ago), however i did a cycle of Tamox (20mg ed) and i got rid of the gyno (as least the pain and puffines (however i have little tissue (probebly fat). Ok now i had performed a blood test about one month ago (exactly after discontinue tamox)...and i got a little estrogen level high (153 of a maximum of 114), also i got a high cortisol leve (24 of a max of 21)..the test was ok (7 of a max of 8.5)..the prolactin also in range. So thats my profile.. now i want some help to see if my cycle is Ok.
Week 1 - 12: 300mg of Test E, 300mg of Eq per week(every sunday) (probably i will rise to 400 test and 400 eq (after week 6).
Week 1 -4: 20mg of Dbol (Ed) one hour before workout (4pm)
Week 1 - 12: 10mg of nolva (ed) and 0.5mg of Arimidex (Eod or ed?) and .25 of Dusta (ed),
Week 4 - 12 (250ui of hcg every week).
Im doing that because i know im prone to gyno, so im tryining all possible to control the estrogen level and the receptors. Also i think it will limit some gains but also i will not go to storage much water. So i want to put about 15 to 20 pounds (i think is possible)... I will have a diet of about 3500 to 4000 calories, with about 15-20% of fat, 55% carbs, 30% proteins. Thanks for your help.
