    New at all of it

    Hey guys im a new member so here we go.

    Im 5"11 250 lbs idk my body fat... im not fat im more built but im not toned. already strong. im just looking for a good workout routine and diet to get cut and very defined. a little more mass wouldnt hurt ;P any help or suggestions on supplements or w.e. i need would be cool.

    i was wanting to try some roids for the summer so when i go back to the university im lookin reallll good.

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training

    Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...

    My suggestion to the OP would be to take heed of this post, watch all the videos and read all the stickys!! the more stats you have in your posts then the more people will be willing to help!!

    Get all that together and start seperate threads in the diet and workout sections and we will be glad to help!!

    Oh and by the way, welcome to the board, stick it out here you wont regret it
