    what up fellas

Just wanted to introduce myself... I am Maximus... I love lifting, I love sports, surfing, playing guitar, etc....

I actually am the running back for a football team...
    Im 5'11", about 228 lbs, and run a 4.5 40 yard dash...
my upper body aint that big, but my lower body is my strong side since that is what I train most the time for football...
on the bench I can put 315 up for maybe 4 or 5 times all the way down...
squat is a bit better at around 550 once or twice all the way down
and deadlift is decent too at over 600 lbs
and power clean is 345lbs for one

Im in the middle of the season right now so I just try and maintain my strength, but my goal in the off season is to get my bench up over 350,
my squat up over 600, my dead lift up over 650, and my power clean up over 365 and my body weight over 250 lbs...

Im 23 years old, I have lifted and played ball my whole life, I have done all the pro hormones like superdrol, halodrol, etc. and would like to take it up a step during the offseason to help meat my goals...

anyways glad to be a member and look foward to meeting and talking with everyone...

Damn dude, you've got some game! I ran a 4.6 in high school, but that was back in the 80's when everything was slower-lol.

    Good luck with your goals.
