I've been lifting for 1 year!

    Age: 18
    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 170
BF%: Give me an estimate please!
    Cycle Exp: None!
    PCT Knowledge: PCT?
Training Exp: Highschool Strength training, and about a year of training by myself
Diet: I don't eat any junk food, I only drink Water and Coffee. That's my diet.

I can bench press around 160 and I squat around the same weight.

I really do not like doing squats because I find that it makes running really crappy, to say the least. How do you guys do heavy leg workouts and then run the next day? Heavy legs makes me feel like a wet noodle.

    Please estimate my BF!
I know I am pretty small for 18 years and 6 feet tall, but I am working on it!

I am really interested in "clen/t3" but I cannot find a good explanation as to what that is except for some really technical looking descriptions, if anyone could point me towards an easier to understand and more complete source, I would really appreciate it!

Welcome AJN. I'm an avid runner. I also lift and I like to kill my legs in the gym. I usually take the day off from running after a leg workout. If I must run, I do a slow 2.6 miler. How often do you run?

I run 4 to 5 days a week, depending on work. I don't have reliable distance measurements (I live in a more rural area) so I run a for times.

    monday - 50 mins
    tuesday - 60 mins
    thursday - 60 mins
    friday - 60 mins

and I squeeze in a 30-40 minute on wednesday sometimes.

I might try and actually do a heavy legs workout on thursday this coming week, maybe I'm just being a baby =P.

Hey, I am new to this site and like you detest doing leg work when I have to do cardio. Right now I am on a serious cardio routine (3 miles everyday at 5:30 am before work) to get my body fat % low before I start a "serious grown up" bulking up phase, so my leg workouts are not that heavy right now. No squats, only leg extensions and leg curls for the hamstrings and some calves work.

If interested in my stats and goals please take a look at my introductory post seeking some guidance. Good luck on you goals AJN.

P.S. I am by no means a steroids expert, but I am not sure if using at your age is more beneficial than detrimental , might want to wait a few years. Should probably ask someone with greater knowledge on the subject.

If you are serious about weight training, then you need to exercise your largest muscles (legs) about 50% of your routine each week.

But here's the rub. Serious runners are usually thinner (less weight to carry around). Serious weight lifters are usually heavier and muscular. As long as you take a middle of the road approach on both passions, you should be fine. As far as "how"? The wet noodle leg feeling, once you have been squatting for awhile, will go away shortly after your routine. With me, wet noodle leg is usually gone in a few minutes pwo. (post work out). When I first started squatting, WNL would last hours. You'll be fine. Just work through it and realize it will only be temporary.
