Talking First Cycle Sciroxx Pentadex 300, 2 Weeks into it.

2 weeks ago I started my first cycle ever. I am using Sciroxx Pentadex 300. At the beginning of the cycle I weighed 179 lbs and today on the scale at work I weigh 191. I am moving up rows at a time so far on my pyramid bench work out sheet. I started with a max bench of somewhere around 155-160 lbs. I completed the first block on the 185 lb row and did extra. I am killing it on the iron and gaining strength and the way Pentadex is designed I should start feeling the full effect of my gear sometime within this week. Took chest measurements 2 weeks ago and I was at 37", and last night I was 38 3/4". People are already asking me if I am working out. I am eating 5 meals a day roughly around 275-305 grams of protein and working out 5 days a week. So I guess the next 7 weeks will show me my potential with my gear.

Ok, here is a little update. The scale at work was wrong by about 9 pounds. I used my digital scale and it read that way. I weighed this morning and I was 192.8. I feel real strong right now, my bench has went up 20 lbs. this last week. I have not maxed, but the critical bench calculator says 239. I did not push it, but I think I could have done more. My chest measurements last week were 40.5" I have gained 15 pounds so far, and it is definitely all muscle. I have lost fat through my midsection. I am still eating like horse, and fell stronger everyday. I guess we will see what happens the next 5 weeks. I have started pinning 2 times a week. I fell better splitting it up that way.

I missed a few workouts this week. It seems I have pinched a nerve in my back. I could not finish my back workout. Oh wait I never posted my workout routine. Here it goes

    Flat Bench (Pyramid Block Sheet)
    Incline (Same Sheet)
    Db flat Bench 4 sets
    Db incline 4 sets
    Skull Crushers

    Tues & Fri
    Back & Biceps
Deadlifts 4 sets (10 reps each)
Bent over rows 3 sets (10 Reps each)
    Plate Raises 3 sets (" ")
Wide grip pull downs 3 sets (" ")
    Shrugs Db 4 sets
    Upright Rows 4 sets
    Pull ups 2-3 sets
    Preacher Curls
    Db curls

Pent. 300 is similar to Sus in a way. Both have mixed esters, but different components.

I don't know what I'm going to do with my injury. I could not finish my chest workout. I am thinking about stopping pinning, heal up, save the rest of what I have and use it for my next cycle which I plan on starting in January. I am confused. I am seeing a chiropractor right now. I guess I will see how I feel next week. I see the chiropractor again on Monday.

Hey definitely don't just stop pinning man, that would be a horrible Idea because at this point your body probably shut down almost all natural test production but not estrogen. So when you stop pinning without tapering and PCTing up your body won't be making enough test and you won't be putting any in but it will be making alot of estrogen still because it jacks it up when your on cycle so you will have all kinds of estro problems. Just take it easy and finish out right, keep eating and PCT correctly and your back will probably heal up fairly soon, maybe in less than a couple weeks and you can still benefit from your cycle.

I am pinning today. I am not stopping, I will finish my cycle. The chiropractor thing seems to be working right now. I did a light workout last night, which was the first in a week. The only time the pinched nerve gives me a lot of trouble is when my back starts getting pumped up, and all I have to do for that is pick up a 45 lb. weight. I think I am going to stick with dumbbells for a week instead of barbell bench and incline. I will lay off of deadlifts and squats until I feel better. I have gained an inch on my calves, thighs, and bi's so far and my back is where I feel most of my gains have been made. My traps have almost doubled in size, and I have lat's now. Not big ones, but they are there. My diet has been somewhat not even there this last week, but will get it back on track today and try to start hitting it hard next week. We will see how it goes from here. I have at least 3 more pins left.
