    New member, guidance?

    hey all,
    new member here, used to do a bit of weight training and played soccer all my life but have stopped for about close to a year. Im 19 and ive tried a couple of thermogenics that really didnt work. Im looking to loose a couple of kilos but most importantly stack on the muscle, i was wondering what you guys would suggest for a teenager my age . e.g. any type of Grown Hormone or anabolic steroid or even creatine. . thanks!

    Stats consist of:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training

    Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...

    You are too young for AAS. 25 is the general consensus for minimum age.
    But not too young for Creatine.
    You can also try some BCAA or whey Isolate.
    Take a good multi vit/min
    Read all you can about diet and exercise in the respective forums on this bulletin board.
