new member here, used to do a bit of weight training and played soccer all my life but have stopped for about close to a year. Im 19 and ive tried a couple of thermogenics that really didnt work. Im looking to loose a couple of kilos but most importantly stack on the muscle, i was wondering what you guys would suggest for a teenager my age . e.g. any type of Grown Hormone or anabolic steroid or even creatine. . thanks!
