    new member

    hi guys first ever post. Iam 26 193 lbs 24% B/F looking to gain alot of upper body strength and size at the moment sticking to mainly compound exercises 3 days a week but i hooked on gym wanna be in more but fear of overtraing. Would 4/5 days be overtraining if i worked muscle groups instead of overall and would i still gain as good size.

    soz still gettin used to it

    Weight: 193 lbs
    BF%: 24%
    Cycle Exp: none still trying to get routine and diet set
    Training Exp: few months on/off, last 6 weeks seriously getting into it using 5x5 method
    Diet: total calorie unsure
    meal 1-whey shake, multivitamin, fish oil tab, bowl of oats
    meal 2-chicken sandwich x2, yoghurt, fruit
    meal 3-tuna,sweetcorn,celery,spinich in pasta
    meal 4-whey shake with creatine
    workout
    meal 5-whey shake, chicken/steak with potatoes/rice/pasta plus veg
    meal 6-bowl of fruit and protien bar
    before bed glass of juice with teaspoon glutamine

    looking at getting mutant mass shake to help not sure if needed says per helping approx 1100 cal
