    Sanftner74501 (first post, contemplating steroids)

    Age: 26
    Height: 6' 1"
    Weight: 243lbs
    Location: S.E. Oklahoma


    I have been chubby since about 12years old. I have NEVER been able to do a pull up in my life, and if I'm lucky, I can get maybe 8 pushups. (Im kinda weird with my strength. I cant do those things, But I can bend down and lift a 300lb metal tube by myself, and Altho I cant run/jog more than a minute at a heavy pace, I can use my legs to push heavy amounts).

    Recently, i was recommended by a co-worker (body builder) to try dianabol. If all goes according to plan, I should be taking my first pill within two weeks.

    I'm just a lil worried because Im told Dianabol causes fast weight gain. If Able to, Id rather loose weight, and gain muscle. (210-220 would be nice). I've read that Dianabol isnt that great when taken by itself, but if I see some results before the bottle runs out, I'll more than likely find somthing to stack it with (hopefully an injectible)

    And hopefully I'll find some people on here to guide me in my training.

    You dont need to be thinking about aas at the moment, you need to lower your bf, check out the diet and workout forumns....

    so what would a good weight for me to be at before I start?

    I havent been 220 since I was 19 (7 years ago)

    At the moment you need to concentrate on getting your BF% down, dont worry about the overall weight just yet. Get down as much as you can naturally, be prepared for sticking points where you will have to work really hard to get past and when you are nearly where you need to be you can think about adding compounds like clen, t3 etc to help you reach your target. When you have achieved that you can work on building as much muscle as poss naturally (if thats what you want to do), and when you have done that you can start to think about using AAS. All in all you are a long time off being ready for any form AAS.....be patient and work hard and you will achieve your goals.

    just curious, but what would happen (side effects) of starting Dianabol now, before loosing fat/bmi?

    Im going shopping monday and will be buying 'diet' meals to help me out.

    But just curious the side effects (I think I read high blood pressure and increase chance of diabetes..... altho my mother has diabetes so my odds are already good)

    dbol only is a terrible cycle and dbol bloats you badly, it wouldn't be pretty.
    you need proper diet and training only.

    welcome to the boards. your coworker is a complete moron.
    now back to your situation. Check out the diet and training sections. steroids are NOT a replacement for hard work, it just doesnt work like that. There is no magic pill that will magically whip you in shape. Eat low carb and low fat, prepare all your own meals.DO lots of cardio! And you'll get great results. Steroids are for bodybuilders with heavy experience. Your joints, tendons, and other parts must be prepared for such a body shock. Ideally your bodyfat needs to be much lower, 15-20 is pushing it, it looks like you are over 30. and you already have some serious gyno, i dont even want to know what steroids would do to your gyno(becuase you probably dont know, it would make it ALOT WORSE!!!!!!!!!!) You dont need to run an hour at a super fast pace to lose weight, u can work on the bike at the gym or on the elyptical, at a nice pace, doesnt have to be lance armstrong speed just a nice pace for 45minutes without stopping. we've seen some pretty incredible transformations on this board, with the proper knowledge and application of what you learn you also can do it.

    since you asked....
    a "dbol" only cycle will practically eliminate your libido. This will totally suck for your woman.
    You will begin to notice the effects of this within the first week, and remain through your cycle. It will continue after your cycle for an indefinate period. Probably, at a minimum, for as long as you took dbol, maybe longer.

    Secondly, you are probably not as strong as you think! Going on any anabolic cycle is like slapping a blower onto your engine. If your engine isn't ready yet (weak rings, valves), you are going to blow a rod or a valve. Same with your body. By the looks of things in your pic, you are years away from anything other than diet, cardio and weight lifting. You will physically hurt yourself and either rip a muscle or damage some tendons if you take right now.

    Thirdly, you have not learned anything yet. for example, you want to mix a steroid that will clearly add size, yet at the same time, your diet sucks and you want to do "diet meals" from the store to lose size. Those two goals contradict each other.

    I'm sorry bro, but dbol aint going to solve your problems. Your body is only as good as the food you put in it, and the exercise you provide it. Since it seems you need to learn about both, you should go to the particular sections on this bulletin board and do some reading. I don't recommend going to the store for those overpriced diet meals. You need to learn to do it yourself.
