the 40 year old newbie
Very new to this scene--haven't yet even started a cycle.
But I'm an ex-athlete who has gotten a little fed up with the deterioration of my body over the years.
I'm not at all sure if I will take the step of using AS, but I have an open mind about it and want to learn.
Seems like a lot of the posters here are 20 somethings with perhaps more time on their hands. Anyone else start out in my situation?

Welcome to the site. I read your posts in the HRT section and responded on one of them. Will be glad to help you in that area. Good luck!

Welcome......I was in the same situation 2 years ago. Now 38 just finishing up my third cycle and no regrets whatsoever. Feeling great and will continue to juice. Can't wait to rest and be done PCT so I can start my next cycle!!!
Read up on here. I would suggest you start in the diet section and that is probably the most important this to get in check first.
Start here and watch all six videos. Watch them several times if you need too. Workout hard and eat right and you will see results. Then start thinking about steriods after your gains slow down/stop. Since you are over 40....may want to get your test levels checked to see where they are at. If the doc finds them to be low...he may give you a legal scipt for Test. Alot of older guys like us on here are in that boat.
So you wanna learn how to Diet?
