    Hi form Ky

    Hey all! Hope to find the information I need in here... Right now here are my stats :
    5'10''
    218 lbs
    prolly 18 to 20 percent bf

    Once I get below 15% bf I plan to use some gear.. End result I want to be between 190 and 215 with below 10% bf.. I am goin to the diet section and do some research but if anyone has any input or suggestions on that please pm or post em up! Thanks in advance Y'all will be hearing alot from me...
