ive had a few suggestions so far and nothing has lead to any difference. im currently trying weight gainer 2200 gold, creadrive, and animal packs original .
what is your diet, in detail?
i.e. what you eat how many meals.. etc.. give us a sample day that you train on.. with times you eat and what you consume..Quote:

thats the thing i really dont have a diet yet, i pretty much eat whatever i can when i can. ive been asking around trying to get a good diet that i can start doing and see if that helps.... i eat alot of bread for carbs and try to eat pasta's and noodles but dont happen alot
