I am 5'11'' and I weigh about 172. Been lifting about 4-5 days a week for 1 year before I did a cycle of M1T. Worked out ok for me. Gained about 7 pounds during that cycle. Currently waiting a few more weeks and thinking of starting a cycle of Deca. Doing my research to make sure I do it right. I am taking in about 175 g whey protein per day. Diet is fairly good but could be a little better. Will be working on that more as well. My BF is around 14-15%. Looking for any advice. Is Deca a good way to start for your first time injecting? Oh yes and I am 37 years old.
