I am long time reader, first time poster to the forums. I have never used any AAS but have recently started to research them to see if it's something I might want to explore in the future.
I am 33, 6'2", 215lbs with about 17% bf. I was a standout D3 college lacrosse player but two knee surgeries, job and kids let me get out of shape. Two years ago I was at my heaviest, weighing 236lbs, but through dieting and tons of cardio I got down to 205. At this point I am focused on gaining mass through heavy training and proper diet, which I am still learning a lot about and seeing good results from.
I hope to utilize the forums to post my questions about my diet and routine as well as learn more about getting started with AAS.
