Hello from Illinois!!!!!
Hello all!
I have been reading everything that I can on this website trying to gain the knowledge needed to have a healthy body and lifestyle.
I have not been active at all in the last 3 years as I am a computer tech and sit all day...
I want to Join this group for the advise as well as the knowledge I can gain...
As of 8/13/2010 I am starting my journey to a better life and healthy body.
I love getting on here and reading all the stories as well as looking at the pictures of everyones success, as I hope that I can one day make my own post with before and after pictures and everything about me...

I do know my bmi is sadly 40.3
I am starting my diet tomorrow
I have started lifting and jogging again
I have gained over 75lbs in 3 years and now have a 3 year old son, I would like to be healthy enough to see him grow up...

Stats consist of:
Age
Height
Weight
Bf%
Cycle history
Years training
Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...
