    Hello From Dover, NH

    hey everyone. I'm 29 years old 6 feet and 180 pounds. I need to lose some weight and gain more muscle. I've just started at the gym again and once I get down to a nicer shape, I'd like to step it up a bit. I hear all these bad things about steroids , but I think if I'm careful and have guidance, I should have a more defined body. Here's one pics of me taken a few months ago, I'll post more later.

    If there's someone with experience out there who wants to chat about this, please let me know.
