Just wanted to hi to everyone. Really tired of being "skinny" and have a hell of a time putting on weight/mass. Im 6'4.5 and ive been between 175-180 since i was 18yo. I eat everything I can all day long and all I have gained is a soft stomach. Id mostly like to have a carved look but wont cry about any extra muscle mass. I live a very active live-style but I know im gonna need alot of help and guidance. I am a thirsty sponge!
