Hello everybody
I would like to thank all of those who established and contributed to this forum , such a great job .
I have been working out for about 2 years , didn't gain much . Therefore I was thinking of getting some stimulation .
I found this forum through googling , and I hope I will get answers to too many questions .
I'm totally new to this , trying to learn the right way . My main goal is to get a nice body and get rid of the belly ( it sucks , I work out 5 days a week ...achieving nothing )
Am 36 years old 5.9 and I weigh about 160lbs
By the way I live in Jordan , lived in Ohio for few years .
Right now I work as a translator for the American Embassy in Jordan and also as a tourists guide .
