    hello

    New to the Forum. I'm 33 years old, 6' 170 lbs. BF% 13-14. I work out 5-6 days a weeks; 2 of those typically dedicated to pure cardio. I have never used steroids or any other supplement other than some creatinine. I'm trying to read thru as many posts as I can to learn how to do this the right way.

    Stats consist of:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training

    Thanks all. I am a physician so I would be happy to answer any questions you might have, though I am not an endocrinologist, so some of the esoteric stuff is fuzzy. It's been a while since med school.
